We have had our tub serviced when needed (usually in the depths of winter). Jesse and Amber have always worked hard to deliver and at the worst times ! I didn't buy this tub from them, but will in the future w/o a doubt. I'm thankful for them. Do yourself a favor and consider this when looking for a tub.
